Vata and Pitta
Vata (air and space: movement, change, lightness) and Pitta (fire and water: heat, focus, sharpness) often share one person: a quick mind and a sharp aim. In Ayurveda (the traditional Indian science of life) that mix is useful until lunch goes cold and the day breaks into pieces.
The picture
One way this mix shows up is the Fast Flame. You start things, see the flaw in a plan, and switch lanes while other people are still reading the brief. The other way is the Driven Spark: drive first, then speed. You get a lot done until a skipped meal and a short night turn focus into friction.
Mild, dry warmth suits you. Raw air-conditioning, damp cold, heat, and a room that never goes quiet wear you out. Deep work fits the morning. People fit after food has landed. The evening needs an actual end.
Food and timing
A warm plate at midday is the power supply. A cold lunch, or no lunch, leaves the afternoon tight and the mind still answering one more message. Sit down for the meal. Iced coffee is not the meal.
When this runs high
Focus frays after the middle of the afternoon. Sleep starts late. Hunger gets sharp, and a skipped plate makes the mood sharp with it. The usual path there is a day of tabs, a cold drink, and no real stop between breakfast and evening.
One thing to try
Protect one warm meal you sit down for, then take a short walk after it. One conversation instead of twelve tabs. That is the practice, not a longer list.

Common questions
What is a Vata Pitta mix?
It is speed and focus in one person. Vata brings ideas and change. Pitta brings aim and heat. Most days the mix works. It frays when meals and evenings slide.
Is Vata-Pitta different from Pitta-Vata?
The same two qualities, with a different lead. Vata-led days start fast and scatter if lunch is cold. Pitta-led days push hard and turn sharp if the meal is skipped. The quiz can show which one is louder.
What kind of meals suit this mix?
Warm food at a real midday stop. A cold plate or a drink in place of lunch is the pattern that leaves the belly tight later. Timing matters as much as the plate.
How do I find out if this mix fits me?
The free guest quiz asks about appetite, sleep, and pace. You can start without an account. The Vata and Pitta guides describe each quality on its own.
